About the Williams FW42
The FW42 was designed by Paddy Lowe, Doug McKiernan and Dave Wheater for 2019, with Mercedes power and drivers George Russell, the reigning Formula 2 champion, and Robert Kubica, racing in Formula One for the first time since 2010 after his 2011 rally accident. The car was not ready for the start of pre-season testing, missed the first two and a half days and completed only 567 laps, the fewest of any team. Build quality, performance and reliability problems kept it at the back throughout the season, and parts declared illegal in testing had to be redesigned before the opening race. The team's first point of the season came when Kubica finished tenth in a chaotic German Grand Prix after both Alfa Romeos were penalised.

Each model's tier starts from a 0–100 score based on its value plus its power or production numbers. Once enough players have spotted a model, how often it is spotted can move it up or down one tier. How CarSpot rarity works
