About the Williams FW37
The FW37 was developed under chief technical officer Pat Symonds and dropped the FW36's 'anteater' nose in favour of a lower, shorter design. Valtteri Bottas and Felipe Massa stayed on, and the car again used a Mercedes power unit, now the PU106B Hybrid. It finished in the points at almost every race and scored four podiums, two for each driver, as Williams took third in the Constructors' Championship with 257 points. The team switched development to its 2016 car relatively early, and the FW37 was overshadowed by Mercedes and a resurgent Ferrari.
