About the Vauxhall Crossland X
Launched in 2017, the Vauxhall Crossland X was the first model developed under the partnership between General Motors and the PSA Group, sharing its platform with the Peugeot 2008. It was designed to replace the Meriva MPV, offering a higher driving position and SUV styling while maintaining a focus on interior flexibility. The entry-level 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine prioritised urban efficiency and lower insurance groups over outright performance. In late 2020, the model was facelifted and rebranded simply as the Crossland, adopting the 'Vauxhall Vizor' front-end design.
