About the Lotus E21

The E21 was designed under technical director James Allison for the Lotus F1 Team's 2013 campaign, with Renault supplying its 2.4-litre RS27 V8. Kimi Räikkönen and Romain Grosjean were its regular drivers, and Heikki Kovalainen also raced it. Räikkönen won the season opener in Australia, and the E21 went on to score 14 podiums as Lotus finished fourth in the Constructors' Championship with 315 points. It was the first 2013 car to be launched and carried a passive drag reduction system, while the team left off the optional nose modesty panel, judging that it added weight without any aerodynamic benefit.

Lotus E21 rarity in CarSpot

The Lotus E21 is a Unicorn card in CarSpot, with a rarity score of 76 out of 100. The rarest tier: hypercars, one-offs and cars built in tiny numbers, typically fewer than about 500. A Unicorn card is worth 320 XP.

Each model's tier starts from a 0–100 score based on its value plus its power or production numbers. Once enough players have spotted a model, how often it is spotted can move it up or down one tier. How CarSpot rarity works

Rarity is a collectible game mechanic, not an assessment of real-world scarcity or value.
