About the Kia EV2
The Kia EV2 is a subcompact electric crossover designed specifically for the European market, serving as a spiritual successor to the Soul EV. Built on the 400V version of the E-GMP platform, it offers a choice between a 42.2kWh LFP battery and a 61kWh NMC battery, the latter providing a class-leading WLTP range of up to 281 miles. Its 'Opposites United' design language features a blocky, upright silhouette with distinctive vertical lighting and a minimalist, tech-focused interior. Despite its small four-metre footprint, the EV2 maximises interior space with a flat floor and an optional sliding rear bench, positioning it as a highly practical urban commuter.
