Ferrari SF1000
Ferrari's underpowered 2020 car, which gave the Scuderia its worst constructors' finish since the 312T5.
About the Ferrari SF1000
The SF1000, internally Project 671, was designed as an evolution of the SF90, with team principal Mattia Binotto saying Ferrari had been 'extreme with all the concepts as much as we could'. After an FIA investigation into Ferrari's 2019 power unit, the fuel-flow rules were tightened and a second sensor added, and GPS analysis suggested the car had lost performance compared with the SF90. Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel scored only three podiums, with Leclerc second at the opening Austrian Grand Prix and Vettel snatching a podium on the final lap in Turkey. Binotto admitted mid-season that 'the entire car project has to be revised', and Ferrari finished sixth in the Constructors' Championship.

Ferrari SF1000 rarity in CarSpot
The Ferrari SF1000 is a Unicorn card in CarSpot, with a rarity score of 0 out of 100. The rarest tier: hypercars, one-offs and cars built in tiny numbers, typically fewer than about 500. A Unicorn card is worth 320 XP.
Each model's tier starts from a 0–100 score based on its value plus its power or production numbers. Once enough players have spotted a model, how often it is spotted can move it up or down one tier. How CarSpot rarity works
Rarity is a collectible game mechanic, not an assessment of real-world scarcity or value.
Ferrari SF1000 fun facts
- Its name marked Ferrari's 1,000th Grand Prix entry, and for that race at Mugello it ran a burgundy livery honouring the company's first racing car, the 125 S.
- Sebastian Vettel continued his habit of naming his cars and called the SF1000 'Lucilla'.
- At Spa, where the SF90 had won from pole a year earlier, Ferrari were the only team not to improve on their 2019 qualifying time.
