Aston Martin AMR26

Adrian Newey's first Aston Martin and the debut car for Honda's 2026 engine, whose early races were wrecked by vibrations.

About the Aston Martin AMR26

The AMR26 is the first Aston Martin designed by Adrian Newey, working with Enrico Cardile, and the first car powered by Honda's RA626H, built for Honda's return as a full engine manufacturer. Testing exposed serious problems: vibrations from the engine damaged the battery system, Honda used most of its spare parts in Bahrain, and the team considered limiting its cars to 25 laps in the Australian opener. The team's first finish came at the Japanese Grand Prix, where the vibrations were reported to be solved, but the car remained the slowest in the field for much of the year. An extensive upgrade arrived in Hungary, and by the Mexico City Grand Prix Fernando Alonso had scored all seven of the team's points.

The Aston Martin AMR26 is a Unicorn card in CarSpot, with a rarity score of 0 out of 100. The rarest tier: hypercars, one-offs and cars built in tiny numbers, typically fewer than about 500. A Unicorn card is worth 320 XP.

Each model's tier starts from a 0–100 score based on its value plus its power or production numbers. Once enough players have spotted a model, how often it is spotted can move it up or down one tier. How CarSpot rarity works

Rarity is a collectible game mechanic, not an assessment of real-world scarcity or value.
