About the Racing Bulls VCARB 01
Originally planned as the AlphaTauri AT05, the VCARB 01 was the first car built by RB after the Faenza team's rebranding for 2024 under new team principal Laurent Mekies. It used front and rear suspension and a gearbox from Red Bull Racing, including a switch to pull-rod front suspension, which led critics to see a likeness to the RB18 and RB19. Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda started the season, with Liam Lawson taking over from Ricciardo for the last six races after the Singapore Grand Prix. RB finished eighth in the Constructors' Championship with 46 points.
