About the Mercedes-Benz GLA H247
The second-generation GLA (H247) represents a significant shift from its predecessor, moving away from the 'raised hatchback' look toward a more traditional SUV silhouette. Built on the MFA2 platform shared with the A-Class, it offers improved interior space, particularly in the rear, and features the advanced MBUX infotainment system. The GLA 200 uses a 1.3-litre engine co-developed with Renault, featuring cylinder deactivation for improved efficiency. The AMG Line trim adds sportier bumpers, 19-inch alloy wheels, and sports seats, making it the most popular specification in the UK market.
