About the Mercedes-Benz EQA

Launched in 2021, the EQA 250 serves as the entry-level electric crossover in the Mercedes-EQ sub-brand, effectively acting as the battery-powered counterpart to the GLA. It features a 66.5 kWh lithium-ion battery and a front-mounted asynchronous motor, prioritising efficiency and refinement over outright performance. The interior is heavily derived from the GLA, featuring the MBUX infotainment system with dual 10-inch displays. While it offers a premium cabin experience, the platform's internal combustion origins result in a compromised rear seating position due to the high floor required for the battery pack.
