About the Fisker Karma
The Fisker Karma was a landmark attempt to merge exotic design with sustainable technology, serving as one of the world's first luxury plug-in hybrids. Designed by Henrik Fisker, its low-slung, wide-track silhouette remains one of the most distinctive saloon designs of the 21st century. The EcoSport trim featured a premium leather interior and a solar-panel roof to assist the climate control system. While its series-hybrid powertrain offered immediate torque, the car's weight and complex packaging limited its outright agility. Production was cut short by the bankruptcy of its battery supplier, A123 Systems, making it a rare sight on modern roads.
